cnc plasma torch height control 2 suitable for all plasmas like HPR130 260 3. Support all CNC controll
XPTHC-300 is our new CNC plasma torch height control comparing to XPTHC-100 it has new features as Dual speed IHS to protect torch Torch retract time adjustable to save cycle time more indicators for trouble-shooting work more stable. THC key features as follow A Auto Initial Height Sensing(IHS) Torch Retaining Cap IHS and Proximity Switch IHS Proximity Switch IHS is backup for Torch Retaining Cap IHS for cutting dirty/rusty workpiece needing the Anti-Collision Fixture designed by HYD (breakaway kit). B Anti-Collision Function No matterTHC is on Automode or Manual mode when torch head touches the workpiece THC automatically lift torch up to IHS height. So with XPTHC-300 userno need to worry about torch head crashing. C Freeze Auto Height Control on Corner Signal XPTHC-300 would freeze Auto Mode on receiving corner signal from CNC system to avoid torch diving and we have a unique design to backup this function. D. Set Pierce Time Set the Button (Set PIERCE) to set Pierce Time. E. Manual Operation Many functions can be Manually operated on THC Operation Panel such as setting Auto/Manual Up and Down testing of IHS and Arc StartÂ.etc F. Arc Voltage Divide Isolation Voltage Divide detection the Voltage Divide ratio is 100:1/50:1.
History of HYD Torch height controller
made first capacitive torch height controller (Analog circuit);
made first arc voltage torch height controller (Analog circuit);
designed SCM based PTHC (Ontime);
set up HYD.CNC Tech Co stopped developing of immature Ontime THC and returned to Analog Circuit design developed XPTHC-100 and CHC-200D and simplified XPTHC-II
made XPTHC-100II CHC-200DII and XPTHC-III;
made capacitive CHC-300 for laser cutting;
started to co-design THC with Messer China and developed XPTHC-200; Koike started to use CHC-200DII
made XPTHC-100III
Made new generation THC XPTHC-300 and CHC-200E.
designed DC version cap THC for Zinser and new laser CHC-300.
